"Mobro," the latest project from jazz saxophonist and composer John Ellis, chronicles an epic odyssey… of some seriously nasty trash. Ellis and his collaborator, Andy Bragen, join us to share the story of a garbage barge that nobody wanted – and to perform some of the music it inspired.

John Ellis and Andy Bragen present "Mobro" live in concert at the Jazz Gallery, tonight (Dec. 7) through Saturday, Dec. 10, at 9 p.m. More details here.

The clip you played of John Ellis' piece is EXACTLY what the story or a lonely garbage barge would sound like. Spot on. Poor Bargie. :'-(
