    Parquet Courts Thrashes With Elegance

Lean and urgent like the best of the early punk rock bands, Parquet Courts has quickly become a critical favorite. The band’s short and spunky songs, written by guitarists and songwriters Andrew Savage and Austin Brown, have been able to carve out their place, even in Brooklyn’s crowded music scene.
