You don't hear of many techno trip-hop artists becoming singer/songwriters, but that's just what British artist Fink has done. After releasing a handful of techno albums in the 1990s and early '00s, Fink, who grew up playing guitar, got back to his roots and started turning out bluesy, folky acoustic songs. But he hasn't completely left his electronic ways behind. "Sort of Revolution" mixes understated dub effects with his stripped-down, acoustic style and his simple, soulful voice. The sound is one of a man who has one foot in the rave and the other in the revival tent.
