The Nawlins-bred Rebirth Brass Band has been funking up the second-line sound since brothers Philip and Keith Frazier helped form the band in the early '80s while still in high school. Since then, the group has recorded a slew of albums, garnered critical acclaim and earned a reputation as being a brass band of note. This raucous party-starter basks in second-line attitude and features a horn breakdown borrowed from the '70s hit song "Ffun" by R&B group Con Funk Shun.
