San Francisco rocker Ty Segall has all the feverish energy of a young man armed with a guitar and a truckload of ideas. When he's not working with bands including Thee Oh Sees and Sic Alps, he's cranking out tons of records of his own, including three full-length albums. (All that, and he's only 23 years old.) On this uber-catchy cut from his latest album Melted, Segall dresses up garage rock in dirty psychedelia.
