When he's not studying ethnomusicology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, New Jersey native Julian Lynch is creating unearthly low-key pop that has the indie world all aflutter. Back in June, Lynch dropped his latest effort Mare. "Just Enough" is inspired by lo-fi sound and Indian ragas. It floats along with an ethereal swing.
