Brooklyn rapper Fresh Daily (born Mike Richardson) began his hip-hop career under the stage name Ill Tarzan before legal issues forced him to drop that moniker. But Fresh is sure to win back all of his old fans—and some new ones—with his clever, winsome style. This track from his latest effort, Mothership/Land, does double duty as both a love song, and an ode to Bed-Stuy. It's all neatly wrapped into a smooth, boom-bap jam.
