No one's sure what exactly to make of the Washington Heights-based duo itsnotyouitsme. Drawing on rock and classical music influences, violinist/composer Calem Burhans and electric guitarist Grey McMurray play ambient, post-rock-tinged soundscapes that would make Brian Eno, Philip Glass and the members of Radiohead all nod in approval. This track, with Burhans' piercing violin and McMurray's plaintive guitar, is poignant yet restrained.
