Sasha Dobson cut her teeth as a jazz singer, but after discovering the guitar, Dobson's songwriting began displaying a sophisticated, more poppy feel. Her music still shows some of the hallmarks of jazz, such as in this track from her latest release Burn. Much like Norah Jones (with whom Dobson will be touring this summer), Dobson treats this mellow melody with elegant, jazz-tinged cool.
