Today the fourth annual Make Music New York festival takes over the streets of the city for 11 hours of free music events happening in public spaces all over town. If you're in downtown Brooklyn today around 6 p.m., head over to Brooklyn Borough Hall to check out rapper and BK native Erick Arc Elliot, who'll be performing with chanteuse Kimberly Nichole. On this cut from his album Noir, Elliot delivers cryptic, engaging rhymes over a languid, spacey beat.
