This Sunday, the transcontinental Afro-electric outfit known as Burkina Electric help close out the last two hours of the annual Bang on a Can Marathon of Music, co-presented by the River to River Festival. Burkina Electric plays electronic jams based in African rhythms. This track, from the band's latest effort, sees the ensemble pairing layered vocals with playful guitar, homegrown rhythm and a club pulse.
