Teengirl Fantasy is a duo made up of electronic musicians and producers Logan Takahashi and Nick Weiss. Their project was born in an Oberlin College dorm room a few years ago, and quickly spread to underground dancefloors.
The song “Cheaters” takes a sample from the 1970s disco-funk group Love Committee, and drapes it in a dreamy haze. You can download it here. And, watch a video preview for band's newest album, Tracer, which comes out on August 21, 2012.
Teengirl Fantasy plays Summerstage at East River Park Monday night.
