Angel Olsen cut her teeth singing with indie folk icon Will Oldham, better known to most as Bonnie "Prince" Billy. However, on Olsen's new solo album she steps into the spotlight and revels in the space it affords her. With a voice that can be haunting, uplifting, fearful or strong, it seems there’s little emotion Angel Olsen can’t convey.
