Netherfriends could be playing at your house, your house! Shawn Rosenblatt, the main man behind the Chicago-based project hit the road last April for his “50 Songs, 50 States” endeavor with aims to perform in each state over the course of one year. But unlike Sufjan Stevens, who backed out of his “The 50 State Project,” Rosenblatt means to complete it—and he may just need your help. With no problems couch surfing or "being broke forever,” the indie-pop musician has this message for his fans: “If you’d like us to play at your venue/house/party or if you would like to offer up your house so I can write and record a song in it, please message me at Netherfriendsbooking@gmail.com.” Heads up Pittsburg, PA and Columbus, OH: Rosenblatt’s heading your way this weekend. Interested? Check out Rosenblatt's stop motion video for "Lead You Through the Misty Fog of Milwaukee Ave."
