Loved the Brooklyn Rundfunk Orkestrata! Some wonderful fresh ideas. The whole idea of doing a Rogers and Hammerstein album was done before however by one of the band member's (Carolyn Leonhart's) dad - Jay Leonhart. The album was called Rogers and Leonhart (2002), and contains one of the coolest versions of Edelweiss ever!!! Carolyn Leonhart actually performed on the album as well while touring with Steely Dan and her brother, Michael. These people all know each other!!! What a musical family... It's a small world :-) Thanks for bringing us this today.
