Tribeca Film Festival's Musical Theme

Monday, April 25, 2011

The Tribeca Film Festival has an accidental theme this year—music. The fest's musically-oriented lineup includes documentaries about A Tribe Called Quest, Ozzy Osbourne and the Kings of Leon, plus fictional films about a band breakup and even a former Blue Oyster Cult roadie. Daily News pop music critic Jim Farber tells us about these and other music-related offerings to be found at the festival.
