The Constellations hail from Atlanta, and while their sound is full of psychedelic, electro-danciness, there's plenty of Dirty South grit, as well. Borne out of a collaboration between vocalist Elijah Jones and producer Ben H. Allen, the band employs an ever-changing cast of Atlanta musicians to create their rough brand of pop. On this track, from 2009's Southern Gothic, Jones' brawny vocals bounce over atmospheric synths and a trancelike beat.
