The King Left cite the Beatles, Blur and Radiohead among their influences, and it's no surprise. The Brooklyn foursome play angsty, ambitious indie rock that calls to mind the best of garage, Brit, and baroque rock. At times they seem to be walking a thin line between celebrating their icons and aping them, but for now they're safe from being accused of thoughtless mimicry.
