Danish composer Poul Ruders attracted international notice with his operatic setting of The Handmaid’s Tale.  Now, he’ll give us a chance to sample his new opera, Selma Jezková, based on the character played by Bjork in the Lars von Trier film Dancer In The Dark.  

The U.S. premiere of Selma Jezková will be performed at Lincoln Center Festival on Friday, July 29 at 8 pm at the Rose Theater. For more information, click on the link below.
