Transgender artist, singer-songwriter, and actor Justin Vivian Bond (or, “v”) first turned heads in the ‘90s with the drag cabaret act Kiki and Herb, and later starred in the 2006 film “Shortbus.” Today, v joins us with a new memoir, called “Tango,” a solo album, called “Dendrophile” – and a live performance.

Saw Justin twice in a Doveman (Thomas Bartlett) show at Le Poisson Rouge. The first time I saw him he sang "Genet Song."
I would love to hear Mx sing it again.
