The western Massachusetts rock quartet Stephen Kellogg and The Sixers are today’s torch-bearers of the Americana-inspired, working-class rock championed by Bon Jovi and John Mellencamp in the '80s.

Since forming in 2003, Kellogg (vocals, guitars), Kit “Goose” Karlson (keys, bass, vocals), Brian “Boots” Factor (drums, vocals) and Sam “Steamer” Getz (guitars, vocals) have released five albums. The latest one, Gift Horse, came out last month.

Stephen Kellogg and The Sixers play the Bowery Ballroom Friday and Saturday nights. Download the group's folksy tune "Gravity," which is the lead single off the band's newest LP, or watch the video for the song below.

I have five country rock songs you'd like, I think. Try my website at AmericanHeartsLLC.com to see a movie I'm making and hear 5 songs :(unrelated to the movie, but quite good).
Congrats on supporting America. e v.
