In Studio: The Nash Ensemble

Wednesday, January 18, 2012

Composers such as Viktor Ullmann and Hans Krása wrote memorable pieces of music while living in the Terezín ghetto, and the 92nd Street Y's series honoring Terezín artists is anchored by performances of these works. The British chamber group the Nash Ensemble plays the music of Terezín live in the Soundcheck studio.

The Nash Ensemble will perform as part of the 92nd St. Y's "Will To Create, Will to Live" series on Thursday, Jan. 19 and Saturday, Jan. 21. For tickets and info, click here.
