London quintet Fanfarlo began gaining fans and critical praise for its genial pop in 2009 with the release of its folky debut Reservoir.

On its new follow-up album, Rooms Filled With Light, the band added synths and samplers to its sonic mix. The result: a sophomore effort gleaming with lush, playful orchestral pop that nods to The Cure and Talking Heads.

Download the group's lead single “Shiny Things” above and watch the music video for the song — an allegory about commercialism involving gilding gymnasts -- below.

Fanfarlo plays Webster Hall on Tuesday night.

Is there a reason there is no download link for the Fanfarlo- Shiny Things mp3?
The text says that it should be there but it's not. If it was taken down at the groups request, it would be a good idea to note that in the blurb. Thanks.
