Tuesday, May 08, 2012

Five months ago, New York DJ Jonathan Toubin was the victim of a bizarre accident while asleep in a Portland, Ore. hotel room: a taxi crashed into his room, pinning him underneath. Now, after months of rehabilitation, and an outpouring of support from friends and fans, he is beginning to return to work. He joins us to talk about his recovery.

This is such an amazing story. What a terribly unlucky (to say the least) event to occur and what a remarkable recovery in such a short period of time. Seems like he is truly loved by his friends and that he hasn't lost his sense of humor. I wish him the best

Great story today.

The irony is that, even w/ all the new digital formats, vinyl still reigns for those in the know. I, for one, will never get rid of my vinyl. Put the needle on the record!
