Musician and painter Joseph Arthur found himself in a bind this summer when his tour van -- filled with art and music gear -- was seized by NYC officials for unpaid parking tickets. The story that ensued, however, was one that inspired music, protest, and an intervention from famed civil rights attorney Ron Kuby. Joseph Arthur joins us to explain how he finally answered the question "Where Is My Van?" and got his ride back.
