"What's In It For?"
Playing at: The Bell House
(149 7th St., Gowanus)
Get: Tickets | Directions

While we’re generally against babies having babies, Avi Buffalo is the music-making offspring of an 18-year old savant from Long Beach, Cali. Avigdor Zahner-Isenberg and his Avi Buffalo bandmates create heart-warming pop music that is simultaneously pretty and rough around the edges. The recent high-school grads’ sound varies from pop reminiscent of the Shins to the wrenching tunes of another musical upstart: Conor Oberst. Catch them tonight when they open for Vetiver.
