Chris Salveter's main gig used to be frontman for the Chicago alt-country band Low Skies, but after the band went on hiatus in the mid '00s, the singer-songrwriter began recording on his own as Judson Claiborne. At the moment, there's no sign of a comeback from Low Skies, but Salveter is keeping plenty busy with tour dates throughout the Northeast and in his hometown in support of his latest release Time and Temperature. This cut from the album ambles with faint melancholy and an urbane, muted twang.
