Buke & Gass

Wednesday, August 25, 2010

Brooklyn-based Buke & Gass (pronounced “byook” & “gace”) are Arone Dyer on the "buke" (a six-string former baritone ukulele) and Aron Sanchez on the "gass" (a guitar-bass hybrid of his own creation).

The duo joins us to preview their new album Riposte, and to play their ornate distorto-twang live in studio.

Mind bending sound from one dynamic duo! Really stimulating to hear something not over produced with such a raw quality.
