The Procedure Club came together in the unlikely hood of New Haven, Connecticut in 2008. The capital ā€œNā€ Noise-collaborative was founded by Andrea and Adam Malec. In June 2010, the duo released its first LP, Doomed Forever. They're a self-described awkward pair, but often collaborate as a six-piece for live performances to fill out their sound. Tonight at Shea Stadium, The Procedure Club debuts a new drummer. This track, "Vermont II," is from a 7-inch released on Sixteen Tambourines out of Tokyo, Japan, and is the band's first single released. This exclusive track for WNYC features Andrea's delicate chorus-fuelled vocals under a barrage of effect-brazen blanketry.
