It's been Madonna Week all this week on Soundcheck, which means we've heard from all sorts of people reflecting on the early years, the movies, the fashion, and pop culture legacy of The Material Girl, and sharing their favorite "Madonna Moments."

Now, it's time to prove the extent of your Madonna fandom and depth of knowledge -- or lack thereof -- for some obscure facts and trivia with a short quiz about the pop icon. There's a few easy ones, and maybe a couple tricky ones too, so have at it!

When Madonna was a dance school student at the University of Michigan, she (and her roommate Whitley) worked part-time for me at my restaurant scooping ice cream and making sundaes, at $1.65 per hour. When she invited me to watch her perform --- dancing not singing --- I clearly recognized she was a determined and talented artist, though never envisioned her meteoric rise to fame, fortune and global celebrity.
